  • 芋頭 Yam
  • 高麗菜絲 Cabbage strips
  • 紅蘿蔔絲 Red carrot strips
  • 千張 Soy Paper
  • 海苔 Seaweed
  • 麵粉水 Flour mixed in water

Instructions

  1. 芋頭切絲煎熟
  2. 炒熟高麗菜絲和紅蘿蔔絲
  3. 千張、海苔切合適大小
  4. 料包進來像捲春捲那樣捲起,封口可以用麵粉水
  5. 少油煎金黃酥酥脆脆的顏色很美很喜歡,切開就完成
