Meatless Movement recently asked her to recommend some quick and easy vegan meal ideas that can be prepared in 30 minutes or less. The key is to have some staples on hand and be creative with the ingredients you have.

Haven’t done these before but they turned out gooddd, finished the jackfruit/ mushrooms in the airfryer and the texture was 🤌

In with the jackfruit we added smoked paprika, garlic, cumin and @official_levi_roots jerk bbq sauce and it was delish

Non-vegan boyf loved it too and he will be making again ✅
