Ingredients

  • 1 Pear
  • 1 stick Cinnamon

Instructions

    1. Boil water in a large pot, large enough to fill the pear whole.
    2. Insert your pear along with a cinnamon stick. Make sure it is fully immersed. Let boil until feels tender when poked with a fork or knife.
    3. Remove from water using tongs and wait for it to cool down. After cooling down, slice in half, core and fill with your favourite yogurt.
    4. Sprinkle cinnamon, top with roasted nuts, add sweetener of choice and enjoy…or chop up and place on top of your favourite cereal or breakfast bowl.
