破布子(Cordia dichotoma)又稱樹子,這個季節是南部大採收的時候,採收完成的破布子,經過清洗烹煮調味,就可以冷凍起來,搭配各式各樣的菜色喔!這次分享搭配破布子冬瓜,沒有味道的冬瓜加上破布子的香氣,非常下飯好吃!

Ingredients

  • 冬瓜 一片圓形的切一半 Wax Gourd ½
  • 破布子 適量 Cordia dichotoma (little)
  • 鹽巴 1 pinch Salt
  • 香油 Sesame Oil (little)

Instructions

  1. 將冬瓜去掉外皮,切成塊狀。
  2. 淋上破布子,放上適量鹽巴,如果破布子夠鹹,也可以不用放鹽巴喔!
  3. 放入電鍋蒸熟,淋上香油。
