I am originally from a small country called Slovenia, back in Europe, but I never belonged to that place. I left my country at the age of 23 and started living a nomadic life around the world. It’s been 16 years already and it’s still happening.

I am a very ambitious, powerful, energetic, kind, different, unstoppable soul who achieved incredible things in life. Someone who recovered from different abuses and mental health with many health diagnoses.

When I was about 19 years old, I stopped eating meat because I didn’t want to be part of that industry. Unfortunately, I was completely blind by society and I didn’t know that being vegetarian for the next almost 13 years, wasn’t really helping animals. I had my own struggles and healing journey, so It took me so many years to realize what is happening. However, I always felt very sick as a vegetarian. On a daily basis, I had many health issues, always weight problems and so much more.

I love myself 🧘‍♀️💗 and my body and I’m very cautious when it comes to food. I’m nurturing my body with the most organic, pure, raw, alkaline food on the 🌍
What about you?

When I was barely 33, I met someone online that was vegan for 25 years already. I educated myself as I always do since I worked as a private Vegan chef afterward on luxury yachts and villas around the world. The dairy industry completely resonates with my personal story about abuses, and I could no longer be part of that horrible industry. In a few months’ time, I changed my life to a vegan lifestyle.

I was vegan for the next 7 years, and yes I felt better, but I was still sick. The more I started to learn from the best teacher in the world about detoxification, the more I realized I need to go completely raw vegan.

And this is what happened next after 7 years when I moved to Bali in April 2022. I am eating only raw, mostly fruits and my life changed completely. I started to heal and I never felt so good in my life. I am turning 40 this year and I never felt so young in my entire life.

Oh, I have many many stories traveling and living around the world as a vegan, vegetarian before, and raw vegan

As I mentioned, I am traveling around the world and I’ve been facing many different situations in terms of vegan/raw vegan food. There were many airports in the world, with no vegan options at the time. Not to mention raw vegan food. Even harder. Since health is my priority I had to think in advance, about where I am traveling to and do I need any food on me. Of course, many people complain about why I am eating vegan. That is nothing wrong with meat and dairy. People are completely blind in terms of health and nutrition. I had to explain myself many times until I decided to just be me and follow my own health journey.

From omnivore to vegetarian, vegan, and raw vegan after all these years.

I used to work in a galley as a Chef before and later on as a Vegan chef, so I knew how the system works. If the restaurant was not 100% vegan, I wouldn’t even enter. I am very picky when it comes to purity. In general, I was never a fan of eating outside, because my food was super delicious. I was very known for spices, and Indian and Asian food. However, If I ever go to eat outside, I always check if they have food for me. So far, I didn’t experience any issues in terms of my friends. They were all understandable. I always carry fruit on me and Medjool dates, so if nothing is there, I have my own food.

As a vegan before, I felt way better than a vegetarian. If someone is still vegetarian, I would highly recommend avoiding any kind of dairy.

I was always inspiring non-vegan people with my food and tried to convince them that plant-based vegan food is very tasty, with so many options nowadays, and mostly more healthy.

Self-healing is the most important for me, as being aware of what kind of food I am giving to my body.

Most vegan places in Bali are good, so any of those places you visit, it’s great. I attached some of my personal photos as a vegan before.

homemade vegan banana bread. Super delicious and so yummy.

I think it’s necessary for everyone that food education should be part of our lives. Like a subject at school

Most people are confused in terms of someone who is vegetarian or vegan. I always explain to people that vegan is all non-dairy, as well as no meat since some people are confused about that part as well.

Seafood is another thing that is difficult to understand for some of them. I also educate them, that we have all replacements possible for vegans, so nobody would miss anything once going vegan.

I always tell people that education is first and to understand what it means for them, to make a transition into veganism. They always have to make it slow, so the body is not in shock. I would send them some videos, I will explain to them what are the brands of plant-based vegan food, and advise them to replace dairy milk with non-dairy and so on.
