The Baked Oat Goodness is an amazing treat any day, but especially on cool mornings. So comforting and delicious, healthy and nutritious. This is a perfect start to the day.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free oats
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • A drizzle of dark agave syrup
  • A drizzle of grape molasses
  • 1 cup almond mylk
  • ½ cup water
  • 5 dates (cut into small pieces)
  • frozen raspberries and strawberries

Instructions

Put the oats in a square (glass) baking tray, add the chia seeds, agave syrup, molasses, and 1 cup almond mylk. Give things a gentle stir. Then arrange the fruit on top and add an additional 1/2 cup of water.

Bake at 200C for 25 minutes.
