Cheesy Vegan Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 14oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 10oz spinach, frozen chopped, thawed, well drained
  • ¾ cup parmesan cheese
  • ¾ cup mayo
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together.
  3. Spoon into a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.

  4. Serve it warm with chips, crackers, or veggies for dipping. Trust me, this dish will disappear fast!
