Ingredients

  • 1 can cannellini beans
  • 1 head roasted garlic
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp EVOO
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 red onion, chopped
  • Cilantro, chopped
  • Salt
  • EVOO

Instructions

    1. Combine first beans, garlic, lemon juice and EVOO in food processor and spread in dish.
    2. Combine remaining ingredients and place on top.
