The Baked Oat Goodness is an amazing treat any day, but especially on cool mornings. So comforting and delicious, healthy and nutritious. This is a perfect start to the day.
Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten-free oats
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- A drizzle of dark agave syrup
- A drizzle of grape molasses
- 1 cup almond mylk
- ½ cup water
- 5 dates (cut into small pieces)
- frozen raspberries and strawberries
Instructions
Put the oats in a square (glass) baking tray, add the chia seeds, agave syrup, molasses, and 1 cup almond mylk. Give things a gentle stir. Then arrange the fruit on top and add an additional 1/2 cup of water.
Bake at 200C for 25 minutes.
