Palmetto (yummy treat bowls)

Palmetto Superfoods is a restaurant concept designed around authentic and nutritious foods, extensive customization, and top-of-the-line service. We made our name serving our signature Brazilian açaí, but we also offer a variety of different bases and quality ingredients to personalize your bowl or smoothie. No matter the time of day, there is something here for everyone. When it comes to açaí, we have you covered.

In 2015, longtime açaí enthusiast and San Francisco native, Charles Lee, discovered a new restaurant in town called Cafe de Casa. He quickly fell in love with all the Brazilian restaurant had to offer, but his favorite dish was their açaí. After becoming a regular customer and genuine friends with the owners, Thaís and Amanda, they brainstormed a restaurant concept centered around açaí and other superfoods. Charles then recruited a long-time friend named Hessam to help build out what would become Palmetto Superfoods.

Our first restaurant was founded in Inner Richmond in 2019 and a goal to be at 10 locations by end of 2023. Stick with us, we are bringing our unique concept to neighborhoods across the Bay Area & the World in the coming years!
