Fresh Mint Mocha

Perfect drink to cool down on a hot day
Ingredients
- 10 fresh mint leaves,
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- a couple teaspoons or more of your favourite instant coffee
- Alternatively, add in an espresso shot or 2
Instructions
1. Boil water and pour into a mug. Add about 10 fresh mint leaves, 1 tbsp cocoa powder and a couple teaspoons or more of your fav instant coffee. Alternatively, add in an espresso shot or 2.
2. Stir and let sit for 10 mins.When ready to serve, stir in maple syrup, strain and pour milk over. Enjoy it with ice cubes or hot.
3. Top with mint leaves and melted or shaved chocolate.
Notes
Tip: For cup ring chocolate coating, melt chocolate with a bit of coconut oil in a bowl in the microwave. Dip cup in chocolate bowl to coat ring. Hold upright and let it drip (just for a bit) before you tip over onto a wax paper lined plate/tray. Refrigerate to harden.
