Ingredients
- 200g of Tempeh
- 200g of Tofu
- 50g of Soy meat
- 50g of Beetroot
- 1g of Five-spice powder
- 3g of Salt
- 5g of Brown sugar
- 10ml of Soy sauce
- 1 tsp of Sesame oil
- 25g of Tapioca starch
Instructions
- (Place into a blender) 50g of Soy meat: Boiling in water 10min & squeeze out excess water after cooling down. Tear into small pieces.
- 50g of Beetroot: Cut into small pieces. Blend all together.
- Put into a bowl 200g of Tempeh & 200g of Tofu mash all together into small pieces with a fork.
- Put mashed Soy meat and Beetroot into the mixture and mix well.
seasoning the mixture with 3g of salt, 1g of Five-spice powder, 5g of Brown sugar, 10ml of Sesame oil. Mix well. - Add 25g of Tapioca starch and mix well again.
- Let the mixture rest for 20 minutes.
- Shape the mixture into some small vegan meatballs.
- Prepare a steamer with some water.
- Grease the steamer with vegetable seed oil and Place some vegan meatballs into the steamer
- Steam for 10 minutes and done!
