The vegan options in the UK. Are very good in the shoos now but going out with friends often limits the restaurants that we can eat at, we tend not to go out nearly as much as we used to.

I cook most of my own food as you know what is in it, my favourite food is seitan which really is so versatile making all kinds if mock meats but is also great with silken tofu for sausages and sandwich meats.

Getting enough protein is not difficult with so many high quality protein rich vegan foods available, my favourites being Seitan made from gluten and Tofu which is Soy-based.

The biggest misconceptions is that vegans are weak and always sickly,  I show people how i train in the gym and what i look like.

Try not to eat to many vegan junk foods and learn how to cook as it makes choosing food easier. I like to travel but eating vegan in some countries is so difficult,  while in Egypt i was eating vegan vegetable soup only to find that they out meat in it, they explained that some people prefer meat in there veggie souo but neglected to mention it on the menu.
