Please tell us more about yourself
My name is Fabio, I am 48 years old and I live in the beautiful Sardinia in Italy.
I became Vegan in 2021 after I saw how animals were treated and the suffering they were subjected to, since then I told myself that I didn’t want to contribute to creating more suffering for all animals.
I am working on a project, that is, reproducing the recipes of traditional desserts from all over the world and preparing them in a vegan way, I had already prepared some recipes from some countries around the world revisited in a vegan way.
When it happens that I have to go out to dinner with friends, I ask the restaurant what vegan options are on their menu.
I feel better and at peace with myself, until recently I played sports and being vegan helped me improve my sporting goals and I feel better about my health.
I would say that to eat a delicious dish, you don’t necessarily have to eat meat, there are many vegan recipes that have nothing to envy to those based on meat or fish.

It is always mistakenly thought that vegans only eat vegetables and fruit, when in fact they know how to prepare many good dishes and without wasting any food, try going to a vegan restaurant and you will see how many delights you can try.
When you feel like or desire meat, try to close your eyes and imagine all the suffering they undergo, try to hear their cries of pain while they are still babies being torn from their mother, try to hear the cries of the puppies while their mother she is tortured and then killed to be eaten. Imagine all their pain.
In my free time, I like to read vegan recipes in various countries around the world, or discover vegan restaurants spread all over the world. I would love to eat in a Michelin starred restaurant.
Becoming Vegan was a beautiful choice I made. It allowed me to attend many vegan cooking courses and to introduce vegan dishes to those who had prejudices and make them change their minds.
