Living happy while turning everyday life into action and promoting a way of life. That’s what I want to do right now

I became vegan 14 years ago, and before that I was a vegetarian. I was a flexitarian who ate soy meat from the age of 3. I have been eating soy meat since I was 3 years old to improve my chronic illness, but I became a vegetarian and vegan because I love animals.

I was a vegetarian before I became a vegan and the change was amazing. My skin tone improved, I lost weight, I started to build good muscle mass, and I became lighter and tougher.

I believe veganism, ethics, sustainability, all have love as their core. I will continue to live an artistic life centered around love 🎨💕✨

I think it also gave me a sense of satisfaction that I was in control of my life!

Japan has few vegan products/restaurants and they are expensive, and the vegan mark is not widely used, so you need to check the ingredients of each product you buy.

All lives are equal. So if lives are not treated with care, it’s a human sin

Currently, Japan is gradually becoming more open, but the progress is very slow and it is not easy to live as a vegan even in Tokyo.

When eating out with someone, let them know that you are vegan and suggest several vegan restaurants. Luckily the people around me are vegan friendly and I am able to live as a vegan.

Claiming that you are vegan helps spread the culture. However, do not force others to become vegan. If you are a vegan and live happily, your lifestyle will spread naturally and effectively!

You can find delicious vegan products and restaurants by searching the Internet. If you have a problem, research can solve most problems. It is important to always be willing to learn.

Many people justify eating animals by saying they love them. I believe that eliminating the gap between one’s ideal and reality as much as possible will lead to true mindfulness and happiness.

I don’t eat animals because I love them. It eliminates a gap in my own mind and creates my own happiness. I also believe it is a proud way of life that saves both the animals and the planet.

I trust that connecting with genuine people in real life, building trust, and carrying out activities that I can be proud of, even if it’s a slow and steady process, will pay off someday

I would never impose the vegan lifestyle on anyone. This is because some people have some sort of allergic reaction to veganism. But when someone asks me about the benefits of vegan, not to mention its deliciousness.

Health, beauty, (and the fact that everyone is amazed that I don’t look 42 is also good PR for vegan.) The positive impact on the environment. I also talk about the emotional well-being that a vegan lifestyle brings.

How can one persuade others to give meatless options a try?

One of my dreams and a key part of my mission is to ‘bridge the gap between vegans and non-vegans

If the first vegan food they eat doesn’t taste good, they will assume that vegan food doesn’t taste good. There are so many delicious vegan items out there now, so don’t give up trying them.

I also think the argument that vegan is unhealthy is wrong, look at me, a vegan for 14 years! Also my 72 year old mother is also vegan and she is healthy too!

We live to be proof of the benefits of veganism ourselves!I myself live a happy, healthy and beautiful life. I believe that is the best way to influence those around me.

Also, it is my subjective opinion that I became vegan because I feel sorry for animals, and sadly not all people are interested in veganism with such a moral compass. With that in mind, I communicate the scientific benefits of health, beauty, and environmental impact as well. That way of communicating is also effective for people who don’t like animals.

Some people suddenly eat only salads. You can choose to eat only salads, but don’t forget to include a good balance of protein and other nutrients, such as beans and quinoa. Do your research for new recipes and restaurants. A whole new world of fun awaits you.

Vegan is not just a concept about food

It is a philosophy and way of life that respects all life. I choose to be vegan not only in food, but also in fashion and cosmetics, but I believe that as long as we live in this capitalist society, I am a polluter, and in a sense, there is no such thing as a perfect vegan.

Therefore, even if each person does not become a vegan completely, I think it is important to seek a way of life that is friendly to this planet as much as possible and keep updating the best values.
