- Yellow Noodle 2 kg,
\Mee Rebus sauce:
- Potato 1 kg
- Sweet Potato 1 kg
- Water 2 big soup bowl
- Salted soya bean 2 tbsp (smashed)
- Ground Peanut 1 small pack
- Gordon Powder 2 tbsp
Seasoning:
- salt 1 pinch
- sugar 1 pinch
- mushrooms seasoning 1 pinch
- light soya bean sauce (1 tsp)
Side dishes
- Small bean curd 6 pieces (diced)
- Bean Sprout 100 g
- Green Chili 5 pieces
- Celery 3 pieces (diced)
- Lime 10 pcs

Preparation
Potatoes and Sweet Potatoes
- Peel off the skin, wash, cut into small piece, steam until soft, add some water blend it and pour into a Pot.
Gordon Powder
- add in some water and Stir well,
- add in at the last for gravy become thicker
Yellow Noodle
- Pour hot water to the Yellow Noodle, and drip it
Bean Sprout
- Pour hot water to the bean sprouts and drip it.
Steps:
- Blended potato and sweet potato pour into a pot,
- add 2 big soup bowl water, cook and stir it,
- add salted soya bean, ground peanut, cook 15-20minutes,
- put seasoning, salt, sugar, light soya bean sauce, mushrooms seasoning
- add Gordon powder water
Presentation
- Place yellow Noodle on the plate,
- drizzle with potato sauce,
- add bean sprouts, fried bean curd, green chili, celery, lime and
- Nasi Lemak sambal chili paste (for the extra spice)
