Pesto pizza with sundried tomatoes, olives, toasted almonds and basil

Pizza is always a good and very delicious idea! And this combo of toppings is one of my favorites.
Ingredients
Pizza base for 3-4 people:
- 500 g flour
- 250 ml water
- 10 g dried yeast
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- pinch of salt
Pizza toppings:
- 150 ml passata (tomato sauce)
- 1 tsp oregano
- 100 g sundried tomatoes
- 70 g vegan pesto
- 70 g olives
- 30 g almonds
- a handful of basil leaves
- salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the flower, dried yeast and salt. Then add the lukewarm water and the olive oil. Knead the mixture until it forms a dough.
- Transfer the dough to a lightly oiled bowl and cover it with a kitchen towel. Let the dough rise for about an hour. It works best, when you put the bowl in a warm place.
- When the dough has risen, divide it in two pieces and flatten them as much as you can. Put the rolled out pizzas onto two lined baking trays.
- Preheat the oven to 240°.
- For the pizza sauce, mix the passata with oregano and salt to taste. Spread the sauce onto your pizza base.
- Add small spoonfuls of pesto, chopped sundried tomatoes and olives.
- Bake the pizzas for about 10-12 minutes.
- Meanwhile, chop some almonds and toast them in a pan.
- Once the pizzas are done, put them out of the oven, add the toasted almonds and some fresh basil.
