Ingredients

鬆餅體:

  • 鬆餅粉 150g Hot Cake Mix Powder
  • 有糖豆漿 160g Sweetened Soy Milk

植物鮮奶油:

  • 純素豆乳鮮奶油 Vegan Soy Whip
  • 糖適量 Sugar

Instructions

    準備材料:平底鍋、鍋鏟、大碗2個、小碗2個、叉子、過篩網、奶油打發器、磅秤

    鮮奶油作法:

    1. 將豆乳鮮奶油倒入容器
    2. 用奶油發泡器以慢速擋打發約2分鐘後加入糖
    3. 再以高速打發至立挺狀即可

    鬆餅作法:

    1. 熱鍋後先將麵糊倒入鍋中,上色之後翻面
    2. 煎好圓形的鬆餅後,將鬆餅體放入盤子,塗上薄薄鮮奶油
    3. 加一點楓糖,疊加一層鬆餅,鬆餅上塗上一層薄薄鮮奶油
    4. 擺上自己喜歡的當季水果,再疊上一層鬆餅就完成了
