Eating healthy is more fun when you add chocolate to your pudding

Instructions

    1. Start by adding the mylk to a pot while leaving 6 tbsp of the mylk in a bowl.
    2. Bring the mylk in the pot to a boil. While the mylk heats up: Add the pudding powder or cornstarch + cacao powder & sweetener to the cold mylk in the bowl and mix well until no lumps remain.
    3. When the mylk starts to boil, turn off the heat and add the chocolate starch mixture to the boiling mylk while whisking.
    4. Whisk for ~2 min until it thickens up nicely. Remove from the stove and add the vegan chocolate. Mix until combined and transfer to little jars or ramekins.
