Valentine’s Chocolate Cake For Two

This is a simple recipe which will make Valentine's Day extra sweet and romantic.

Ingredients

  • 50g all-purpose flour
  • 30g granulated brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp gluten-free kakao powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 30g vegan butter (soft/melted)
  • ¼ cup + 2 tbsp oat mylk
  • 2 tbsp butternut squash puree
  • 1 tbsp hulled hemp seeds

Topping:

  • vegan pink chocolate + 1 tbsp coconut oil, candy beads

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix with the help of a blender.
  2. Pour the batter into ramekin dishes or 2 small cake moulds and bake at 180 degrees Celcius for 25 – 30 minutes.
  3. Decorate as you wish. I used vegan pink chocolate which I melted according to the bain-marie method with 1 tbsp coconut oil. Then I added some sugar beads.
