酪梨季節到了,早餐搭配沙拉很養生健康 😋 抹上剛烤好的吐司,綿密酥脆,吃完很清爽✨

Ingredients

  • 半顆酪梨 ½ Avocado
  • 蛋一顆(不吃蛋也可以替換嫩豆腐)1 Egg (replace with Soft Tofu for vegan version)
  • 一片檸檬 1 slice of Lemon
  • 青梅酵酢 10ml(或水果醋、沙拉醬)10ml Green plum fermented vinegar (or Fruit Vinegar and Salad Sauce)
  • 鹽、黑胡椒少許 1 pinch of Salt and Black Pepper

Instructions

    1.將食材準備好(酪梨去皮,切成一半)

    酪梨沙拉

    2.把蛋跟酪梨搗碎,滴上檸檬汁、青梅酵酢

    3.放入鹽、黑胡椒,調整味道。

    4.完成上桌。酪梨沙拉
