紅菜頭肉排 Beetroot Burger

Can vegans have juicy yummy burgers? Yes, how about having a burger made of beetroot? Does it look like the beef one?
Ingredients
- 紅菜頭 1個 Beetroot 1 pc
- 板豆腐 1磚 Plate Tofu 1 block
- 白蘑菇 10粒 white button mushroom 10 pcs,
- 洋蔥 1/3個 onion 1/3 pc
- 麵粉 1茶杯 all-purpose flour 1 teacup
Instructions
- 抹走白蘑菇上的泥濘(如有),切碎。 Clean the mushrooms and dice them.
- 切頭尾,撕走洋蔥的表皮,加以清洗,切碎。Peel the onion, rinse and dice it.
- 刨走紅頭菜的皮,切頭尾,清洗乾淨後,切塊,放進電動攪拌器(食物調理器中)中。Peel the beetroot. Top it off and cut it into pieces. Put all the pieces in a food processor.
- 輕輕清洗板豆腐,抹乾淨,盡量把水汲乾。切成塊,與紅菜頭一同放進攪拌器中,攪爛成漿。Wash the tofu gently. Squeeze and absorb excess moisture. Put them all together with beetroot in a food processor.
- 倒步驟1, 2 和 4 入大沙律(拉)盤中,放進1/2茶杯的麵粉,和調味料,攪勻成漿。Add steps 1, 2, 4 into a big salad bowl together with a half tea cup of flour and seasonings. Stir well.
- 用雙手從步驟5中,舀出5湯匙的漿料,輕輕揉搓出圓餅,表面上撲點點麵粉。Have 5 tablespoons of mixture done in step 5. Rub it in burger shape.
- 以中火預熱易潔平底鑊,當煮沸2-3湯匙的橄欖油後,放進步驟6,改以小中火,慢慢煎成兩面都呈金黃色,便可。Heat the frying pan on medium-fire. Add 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil. Panfry the beetroot burger for 5 mins.
