I did too! As a high school cross country and track athlete, I became obsessed with running and cutting out sugar and extra calories. I lost so much weight that I was headed to a path of disordered eating habits.
Are you vegetarian? or vegan?
Do you eat mostly plants and struggle eating enough calories? protein? carbs? fats?
I did to! When I adopted a plant based lifestyle, I felt great except I struggled to eat enough because of past disordered eating and my relationship to food and not fueling right.
Do you have low iron?
I did too! After I adopted a plant-based lifestyle for my health, my iron improved!
