Vegan Protein Bowl

This is my go-to breakfast bowl! It's an easy and delicious meal that I enjoy every morning - it tastes like a dessert but is full of protein and nutrients 🙂

Ingredients

  • • 170g of vegan yogurt
  • • 35g of vegan protein
  • • 15-30g of maca
  • • 9g of cocoa powder
  • • Chocolate chunks (optional)

Instructions

    1. Add 170g of vegan yogurt to your bowl (I like Alpro’s coconut yogurt)
    2. Mix in 35g of vegan protein (I used Weider’s Vanilla protein, though my favorite is BioTechUSA Vanilla Cookie Flavoured powder)
    3. Add 15g-30g of maca* and mix
    4. Chocolate part (optional):
      Weight out 9g of cocoa powder into a separate mug and add some of the yogurt mixture into it
    5. (Optional) Before adding the chocolate mixture back into the main bowl, add some chocolate chunks into the regular-mixture
    6. Carefully pour the chocolate mixture into the non-chocolate mixture
    7. Refrigerate overnight to allow the mixture to set
