Valentine’s Chocolate Cake For Two

This is a simple recipe which will make Valentine's Day extra sweet and romantic.
Ingredients
- 50g all-purpose flour
- 30g granulated brown sugar
- 1 tbsp gluten-free kakao powder
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 30g vegan butter (soft/melted)
- ¼ cup + 2 tbsp oat mylk
- 2 tbsp butternut squash puree
- 1 tbsp hulled hemp seeds
Topping:
- vegan pink chocolate + 1 tbsp coconut oil, candy beads
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix with the help of a blender.
- Pour the batter into ramekin dishes or 2 small cake moulds and bake at 180 degrees Celcius for 25 – 30 minutes.
- Decorate as you wish. I used vegan pink chocolate which I melted according to the bain-marie method with 1 tbsp coconut oil. Then I added some sugar beads.
