My fitness journey began when I was 15 years old.
I was a vegetarian at the time and ate mainly quark and eggs to save my proteins. In the same year I learned a lot about nutrition, macro and micronutrients, amino acids and also veganism.
I haven’t eaten meat for years, but little did I know how much animal suffering dairy products and eggs cause.

I decided to become vegan for the animals and from then, I gave up eating scrambled eggs and omelettes.
“As a vegan you will never build muscle,” they said.
I wanted to prove them wrong.
I got vegan protein powder, vegan yogurt, tofu and seitan. And I succeed. I built muscles and became stronger than I ever was before.

A vegan diet is not restrictive or boring. No, it just requires a little more creativity when cooking.
I have now found a way to eat intuitively but also fitness friendly without harming a single animal.

So, yes. The answer is yes. Just do it – give it a try! Plant have power!
Tofu.
