omni新豬肉質地上非常神奇,可以塑型成自己要的樣子,所以用來搭配自己喜歡的食材,例如水餃、肉餅,總之舉凡絞肉的相關料理,新豬肉一定可以辦到唷!
這次就利用新豬肉再搭配簡單食材,就可以做一個好吃的南瓜新豬肉餅!

Ingredients

  • omni 新豬肉40克 40g Omni Pork
  • 南瓜100克(已蒸熟)100g pumpkin (steamed)
  • 燕麥片適量(幫助更塑形,如果沒有燕麥片也可以搭配麵粉) Oat flakes or flour

Instructions

  1. 新豬肉40克、加點低鹽醬油、鹽、五香粉醃漬。
  2. 拌入南瓜泥、燕麥片適量,塑形。如果太濕,可以表面沾點中筋麵粉
  3. 煎雙面金黃即可。

如果沾上麵包粉就可以做成南瓜可樂餅
