Ingredients

  • ◆主角:糯米
  • ◆配料:紅蘿蔔/芋頭/香菇/豆皮/素火腿
  • ◆調味:鹽/糖/米酒/醬油/麻油薑醬

Instructions

    1.糯米泡熱水+醬油靜置30分(使糯米軟化入味)

    素食油飯

    2.所有配料切小塊

    3.配料熱油中火炒~撈起

    4.泡好的糯米下鍋+麻油薑醬+糖.小火稍微拌炒

    毓秀私房醬-特級麻油薑醬

    5.配料全下.加鹽.中小火拌炒均勻.沿著鍋子加米酒

    6.蓋鍋小火燜煮25分.每5分鐘把鍋子轉一個方向讓受熱均勻

Notes

1.麻油薑醬我是買現成的醬料,如果勤勞一點也可以自行準備麻油跟切薑末

2.米酒增加香氣,可加可不加,若是怕酒精殘留,由於煮得時間夠久酒精也揮發掉了
